  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your products promptly:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, we offer next-day delivery on select items.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Delivery times are estimates, and delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate for standard shipping applies to orders under $50. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Shipping costs for expedited or overnight shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to order from Tinni Skin, please contact us at info@tinniskin.com to inquire about possible international shipping options.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track your order and see its delivery status.
  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Accuracy of Shipping Information: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays or undelivered packages. Tinni Skin is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, we will contact you for an address correction and reshipping. Any reshipping fees will be your responsibility.
  • Carrier Delays: Tinni Skin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other external factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In the rare case that a package cannot be found, we will assist you in obtaining a replacement or refund.
